How well the group managed time - Becky
I think the group managed time well by setting and meeting the deadlines in which we set. We found that by splitting the work equally it would be easier to be able to meet the deadlines roughly around the same time. We decided to have a back up plan in which would be used if one of our group members were off sick. We found out that this planned worked well as it made the other group members still able to get on and meet the deadlines. This then still meant that the other group members work/grade would not be effected with someone being off ill. We were all able to meet the deadlines and able to complete each piece of work and move quickly onto completing the next one.

How well the group manged people: Cheryl
For our TV Advert we will need to manage people. These include actors and crew. To contact potential stars our group messaged and talked to the actors face to face asking them if they would want to appear in our advert. Everyone we talked to agreed to be in our advert. As a group we worked well together to manage people and ourselves. There where no problems in our group.
How well the group managed time: Cheryl
We managed our time by setting clear deadlines for every member in our group. The work was split equally meaning that everyone's deadline where roughly the same. We created a contingency plan that states back up plans for any issues that may arise. These includes, illness and transport issues. With the plan and clear deadlines set we, as a group, manged our time well.

How the group managed people : Becky
Within the group we decided what each of us thought were our own strengths and weaknesses so we would then be able to do our best within the work choice that we would make. This then gives each of us an equal chance in doing what we would like to do. Both me and Harry were new to the Media Btec course, whereas Cheryl did Level 2 last year. This meant that we were able to get help and guidance from Cheryl as well as Lawrie and Karina. I think our group did well on deciding which task each of us were going to do, considering one of use would sometimes end up having to do a smaller extra task, although we did try to split the tasks fairly.
We made the decision that each of us would have some sort of big writing task, making it fair and so that the work amount would be spread equally between us three.
We eventually had to use ourselves to star in the advert, due to the small amount of time we had to film the advert.
